So you are decorating your home… and have no idea what to do or how to do it, where to start, or what direction you should take. Guess what?  You are not alone. Decorating your home can be overwhelming and exhausting. If you don’t have the skills and abilities in your back pocket, you may have to consult someone with those skills and experience.  Getting it right the first time will save you in the end. Communication is always the key.

Getting a “Game Plan”!  Imagine starting to decorate a room without a plan. You will be flying by the “seat of your pants” hoping it all works out! You really should know where you are heading (design-wise), what purchases need to be made, exactly what you are looking for, what type of budget you have, and the list goes on.  If you’re not sure, ask someone who has done it all before!

Custom packages include an initial meeting and a site visit, measuring and drawing for floor plans, as well as perspective drawings if needed. In this concept package there will be colour schemes, furniture arrangements, and accessory suggestions.
Total Cost is $1,500 + GST per room (this does not include the cost of any product in the scheme).
Once the scheme has been accepted, a full measure and quote will be provided.

This type of consultation is strictly for clients who would like to paint a colour scheme within a section of their home or even throughout their entire home for continuity. This could be for new home construction or re-vamping an existing space.

Have you ever wondered if the furniture you have or are thinking of purchasing fits into a space? This is a good time to have a space plan drawing completed to make sure that you are not returning large items of furniture. This definitely saves time and the frustration of returns. This type of consultation would include a site measure for space and furniture sizes, a dimensioned room plan, and a furniture space plan that is yours to keep.

Working with builders and examining new and exciting floor plans to see the best way to “showcase” a beautiful new home is truly a testament to any builder.  Being involved in such things as upgraded model selections to renewable products throughout a model to designing the marketing office is always so exciting. The feeling of accomplishment at the end of this type of project is so rewarding for the builder and myself because it is all about the combined efforts of the team to bring a vision to fruition.
